The Official Show Directory is distributed at the entrances to the Show Floor. Visitors use the Directory to locate companies by name and by product category. It is one of the most widely used resources during and after the Show.

Your online profile is very important because it´s what people will find when they search for your company or product categories on our website or show app.

“Evites” may be customized with your company banner, name, product, booth number, website and message. You supply the email list (we will delete all email addresses once the Evite has been deployed), or we can send the Evite to you for deployment by email.

Do you plan to display equipment/technology introduced since the last AHR Expo México? If so, we will provide you with a letter size ” New Product” sign for your booth. In addition, your company´s listing in the Official Show Directory will be designated with a “New Product” symbol.

Download a variety of official 2018 AHR Expo-Mexico web banners and logos for use on websites/ e-mails.

Place a product description and image in the official Pre-Show emails. Includes a link back to your website. The cost per announcement is $50 USD or 3 for $125 USD.

A variety of sponsorships will be available including lanyards, literature bags and registration confirmation page.
