WOMEN IN THE HVACR INDUSTRY

In each edition of AHR EXPO MÉXICO, we strive to offer at least one conference led by an outstanding woman in the industry, to promote the professional and technical growth of women in this field. We aim for women in HVACR to connect, share experiences, and establish strong professional networks.

We want to give visibility to their contributions and success stories in the hope of inspiring young talent to explore careers in this opportunity-rich field, as well as create connections between experienced professionals and new generations.

Our primary goal is to generate positive change in the industry by promoting gender equality and increasing female participation and representation at all levels of the HVACR sector. This will capitalize on the unique qualities that women can bring to the industry, strengthening and complementing it.
