In order to create a more relaxed environment for attendees and encourage business opportunities, a complimentary cold beer will be offered to exhibitors and visitors during the last hour of the event.

To encourage the timely submission of the “ADDITIONAL AND OPTIONAL BENEFITS FOR YOUR BOOTH” section of the Exhibitor Manual, AHR EXPO MÉXICO 2026 will conduct a random selection among the companies that complete this section no later than June 30, 2026.
Selected companies will have a Happy Hour beer station located outside their booth for one of the three days of the event.
There will be 12 stations per day (36 in total), each equipped with two beer kegs, available while supplies last. The service will be open to all attendees, and exhibitors may inform their guests of the day the station will be located in front of their booth.
Additionally, on Thursday, October 1, the final day of the event, between 7:00 and 8:00 p.m., a drawing will be held among exhibitors who submitted the form on time to select those who will receive a mariachi visit at their booth, where one song will be performed.
This incentive aims to recognize committed exhibitors and provide an engaging experience that increases visibility and traffic to their booths.
