YOUR BOOTH PACKAGE INCLUDES (PER 10 LINEAR FEET):
- Exclusive programs designed to enhance your participation, create stronger connections, and maximize your investment.
- Basic electrical service: one 110-volt double single-phase outlet for every 100 sq. ft. (9.3 sq. m.) of booth space (up to 6 outlets).
- Move-in assistance: forklift handling and positioning of machinery weighing up to 4 tons.
- Online Exhibitor Manual containing all operational and logistical information for the event.
- Listing in the printed Exhibitor Directory.
- Exhibitor badges: 3 complimentary badges for each 10′ × 10′ booth space (3.05 × 3.05 m), with a maximum of 15 badges per company.
- General event promotion and advertising.
- Preferred discounts with official suppliers for hotels, transportation, equipment rentals, hostesses, interpreters, and other event services.
- Promotional programs including VIP Tickets, the Show Preview, sponsorship opportunities, and exposure through pre-show e-newsletters.
- E-newsletters featuring event updates, services, and important reminders.

ADDITIONAL OPTIONAL BENEFITS (UPON REQUEST)
- Royal blue carpeting for the contracted booth space.
- Back wall drape 8 ft (2.5 m) high with blue-and-white pipe-and-drape side panels 3 ft (1 m) deep.
- Booth name and number sign.
- Basic furniture: one table, two chairs, and a waste bin.
Exhibitors are entitled to exhibitor badges for staff working in the booth during the event. Personnel involved in move-in and move-out activities will receive special badges, which can be requested through the Exhibitor Manual under the Move-In/Move-Out Personnel section.
Three (3) complimentary exhibitor badges are provided for each 10′ × 10′ booth space, up to a maximum of fifteen (15) badges per exhibiting company, based on the size of the contracted booth space.

Exhibitor badges will be available for pickup on Monday, the day before the event opens, at the Exhibitor Registration Counters beginning at 10:00 a.m.
A representative of the exhibiting company must be present to collect the badges that were previously requested.

The username and password to access the Exhibitor Manual will be sent by email to the company contact registered in our system. Each exhibiting company receives a unique login credential.
If you need the access link or login information resent, please contact us at jortega@ahrexpomexico.com or through the chat on our website. To help us process your request more quickly, please include your company name and booth number.
Move-in information will be available soon.
The deadlines for ordering venue services are published in the Exhibitor Manual. We recommend reviewing them as soon as they become available so you can take advantage of early-order discounts. Please note that some services are subject to availability.
Our official service providers are listed in the Exhibitor Manual. Should you choose to work with a non-official supplier, the exhibitor will be solely responsible for ensuring that all services are delivered and comply with event requirements.
Expo Guadalajara offers a covered parking facility on Avenida de Las Rosas, featuring fixed parking rates, accessible parking spaces, and electric vehicle charging stations.
