This tool allows your company to be present throughout the year in an interactive Exhibitor Directory that is available to visitors in real time. They will be able to search for the products and/or services you offer and may be directed to your website. In the Premium version, you can even have direct communication with customers who can contact you electronically. The basic version of this tool is free for our exhibitors.
New Technology Theater
Would you like to show attendees your most innovative products and new technologies?
This is the perfect frame. At the New Technology Theater, you as an exhibitor at AHR EXPO-MEXICO® will have the opportunity to give a short presentation at no cost to your guests.
The theater is adapted to carry out multimedia presentations, all you need as an exhibitor is to bring your own laptop.
If you are interested in making a presentation, we will ask you to fill out the format that is available to you in the exhibitor’s manual, in the section: advertising section tools presentation of new products (theatres).
Once filled you will receive an email indicating that we received your request; Confirmation of allocated space will be sent to you prior to the event once schedules have been finalized.
This is a FREE opportunity for each exhibitor, however time slots are limited.
Applications will be processed in the order they are received.
It is the responsibility of each exhibitor to promote said presentation to guarantee good attendance at the New Technology Theater.
ASHRAE Courses and Certifications
Be part of the Conference Program that ASHRAE Monterrey City that will be organizing in an integrated way with AHR EXPO-MEXICO® that will be held from September 23 to 25, 2025 in Monterrey city, Mexico.
This program consists of having 75-minute presentations from expert speakers, on topics related to technological development, preferably in the engineering of products that are relevant in the HVACR industry due to their adherence to compliance with energy, environmental, safety and comfort requirements. , which will rule the market for years to come.

Important FAQ for Exhibitors
YOUR BOOTH PACKAGE INCLUDES (PER 10 LINEAR FEET):
- Background curtains (2.50 meters high in blue and white).
- Side curtains (1.00 meter high in blue and white).
- Royal blue carpet in your stand.
- Table with tablecloth (dimensions 1.20 x 0.60 m, H=0.75m).
- Two chairs.
- Trash can.
- Dual 110V AC electrical outlet for every 10×10 space (up to a maximum of 10 dual outlets for stands that apply based on their size).
- Material handling and transport from the loading dock to your contracted space on the exhibition floor. Maximum weight 4 tons.
- Small sign at the top of the background curtain with the name of the company you have indicated in the Exhibitor Manual.
- Online Exhibitor Manual.
- Exhibitor badges: 3 badges at no cost for every 10×10 feet space (up to a maximum of 15 badges for stands that apply based on the rented size).
- Event promotion and advertising.
- Pre-negotiated discounts with official event suppliers for hotels, transportation, hostesses, translators, equipment rental, and other services listed in the Exhibitor Manual.
- Promotional benefits detailed in the manual such as VIP Tickets, Show Preview, and the option to contract sponsorship programs and presence in the E-Newsletter prior to the expo.
- Your company’s name with a product description in the Exhibitor Directory.
- Electronic newsletters for exhibitors with reminders, services, suppliers, and exhibition news, as well as the free programs we will have.
- Participating as an exhibitor gives you the possibility to be part of the Conference Program organized and coordinated by ASHRAE MTY (requires application submission and approval by ASHRAE Monterrey, limited availability).
- As an exhibitor, you will have the possibility to participate for free in the New ProductsTheater (requires application submission and approval by Show Management, limited availability).

Exhibitors are entitled to 30 badges for collaborators at the stand on the days of the event. The assembly and disassembly staff will receive special badges that they can request in their exhibitor manual within the assembly staff.
The exhibitor has the right to request 1 badge free of charge for every 3 m2 contracted (32 ft2 approx.). Minimum booth size is 10 x 10 ft2 = 3 badges.

The badges will be delivered the Monday before the start of the Event, in the Exhibitor Modules starting at 10:00 am. It is necessary for a collaborator of the exhibiting company to show up to collect the previously requested badges.

The username and password to access the Exhibitor Manual will be sent by mail to the company contact that is registered in our system, with a unique password for your company.

The assembly begins on Saturday, September 20, however, the access of each exhibitor varies depending on the location of their stand and size. We invite you to review in your exhibitor manual the notice of the day and time that you must attend to assemble. We ask you to be very respectful of this schedule to expedite the entry process and schedule your carriers in time.
The teardown is scheduling for Friday, September 26 starting at 8:00 a.m., the teardown must end the same day before 6:00 p.m.
Promotional material and equipment that can be removed manually, may start the eviction on Thursday, September 25 at the end of the expo, that is, from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
We inform you that the organizing committee is not responsible for forgotten or unattended objects during disassembly. We recommend that a company employee be present at all times to prevent lost items.
Deadlines for contracting services with the venue are published in its Exhibitor Manual. We recommend reviewing this as soon as they are published in order to take advantage of discounts for early booking, remember that some services are subject to availability.
In your exhibitor’s manual, you will be able to find our official suppliers. In case you want to contract with another company, it will be the responsibility of the exhibitor to comply with the services of said company.
The parking charge depends on the Cintermex Center.

ACOB is the official registration company, so we invite you to review the READERS section in your exhibitor manual, since they have 2 modalities: Classic readers where the badges are scanned with a device or APP on your personal mobile device, in Both modalities will be sent the list of their scans to the registered mail at the time of contracting.
We ask you to please consult your exhibitor’s manual to avoid having complications during assembly: In the same way, we ask you to fill in the information of the assembly company in your exhibitor’s manual in order to be able to contact it in case of any change regarding the venue or assembly hours.
