Matchmaking
With the Matchmaking Program you can have a complete agenda for every day of the Event with attendees who have the same interests in the products and services that your company offers.
The B2B Matchmaking can be requested by either exhibitors or visitors, and the meetings can take place either at the exhibitor’s booth or in a dedicated business meeting area provided by AHR EXPO MEXICO. These meetings will last 20 minutes and must be pre-approved by both parties involved.

New Technologies Theater
Would you like to show attendees your most innovative products and new technologies?
This is the perfect frame. At the New Technologies Theater, you as an exhibitor at AHR EXPO MEXICO® will have the opportunity to give a short presentation at no cost to your guests.
The theater is adapted to carry out multimedia presentations, all you need as an exhibitor is to bring your own laptop.
If you are interested in making a presentation, we will ask you to fill out the format that is available to you in the Exhibitor’s Manual, in the section: advertising section tools presentation of new products (theatres).
Once filled you will receive an email indicating that we received your request; confirmation of allocated space will be sent to you prior to the event once schedules have been finalized.
This is a FREE opportunity for each exhibitor, however time slots are limited.
Applications will be processed in the order they are received.
It is the responsibility of each exhibitor to promote said presentation to guarantee good attendance at the New Technology Theater.
ASHRAE Courses and Certifications
Be part of the Conference Program that ASHRAE Guadalajara Chapter will be organizing in an integrated way with AHR EXPO MEXICO , held during the show.
This program consists of having 60-minute presentations from expert speakers, on topics related to technological development, preferably in the engineering of products that are relevant in the HVACR industry due to their adherence to compliance with energy, environmental, safety and comfort requirements. , which will rule the market for years to come.

YOUR BOOTH PACKAGE INCLUDES (PER 10 LINEAR FEET):
- Exclusive programs designed to boost your participation, generate better connections, and maximize your investment.
- Basic electricity: one double 110V single-phase outlet for every 100 sq. ft. (9.3 m²) — up to 6 outlets per booth.
- Setup assistance: handling and placement of machinery with forklifts (up to 4 tons).
- Online Exhibitor Manual with all operational event information.
- Inclusion in the printed Exhibitor Directory.
- Exhibitor badges: 3 complimentary badges for each 10×10 ft (3.05 × 3.05 m) booth space (up to 15 badges per company).

Exhibitors are entitled to badges for booth staff during the event days. Each 10×10 ft. booth space includes 3 complimentary badges (up to a maximum of 15 badges, depending on the booth size rented).
Special badges for setup and teardown personnel will be provided and can be requested through the Exhibitor Manual under SET-UP & DISMANTLE WRISTBANDS.

Badges will be available for collection on the Monday preceding the event at the Exhibitor Modules, starting at 10:00 a.m. A representative from the exhibiting company must be present to retrieve the badges that were requested in advance.
