What does my STAND package include?

YOUR BOOTH PACKAGE INCLUDES (PER 10 LINEAR FEET):

• Background curtains 2.50 meters high in blue and white.
• Side curtains 1.00 meter high in blue and white.
• Carpet with the official event colors (royal blue in the stand area and red in the aisles).
• Table with a tablecloth (dimensions 1.20 x 0.60 m H=0.75 m).
• Two chrome chairs with fabric.
• Trash bin.
• Standard 110V electricity service (dual power outlet).
• Assistance with forklift for the transport and placement of machinery on the exhibition floor up to 4 tons (does not include cranes).
• Small sign at the top of the background curtain with the name of the company you have indicated in the Exhibitor Manual.
• Online Exhibitor Manual.
• Promotion benefits detailed in the manual such as VIP Tickets, Show Preview, and the option to contract sponsorship programs and presence in the E-Newsletter prior to the expo.
• Your Company’s name with a product description in the Exhibitor Directory.
• Certificate of participation.
• Discounts negotiated in advance with official event providers in hospitality, transportation, hostesses, translators, equipment rental, and other services listed in the Exhibitor Manual.

If you are ready to book a space, the process is very simple.

1. Choose an available space on the Interactive Floor Plan. White spaces are available, blue ones are occupied by some company.
