Your participation in AHR EXPO MÉXICO® 2027 includes the following services and benefits at no additional cost:

Basic services and operations
  • Basic electrical service: one 110-volt single-phase duplex outlet per 100 ft² (9.3 m²), up to a maximum of six outlets
  • Forklift assistance for machinery up to four tons
  • Red carpet in the aisles
  • General cleaning and security in common areas
  • Temporary storage of crates and empty boxes during show days, subject to venue operating conditions

Exhibitors must remove these materials during move-out, within the established schedule. Please refer to section 8.3 of the AHR EXPO MÉXICO® 2027 Rules and Regulations regarding the security deposit for empty container storage.

Exhibitors receive badges for booth staff on show days. Move-in and move-out personnel receive special badges, which you can request through the Exhibitor Manual. You receive 3 badges at no cost for every 10 × 10 ft space, up to a maximum of 15 badges depending on booth size. If you need additional badges, please contact us for prior approval at mkt3@ahrexpomexico.com.

Badges are distributed on the Monday before the show opens, at the Exhibitor Service Desks, starting at 10:00 a.m. A representative of the exhibiting company must pick up the badges requested in advance.

Your Exhibitor Manual lists our official suppliers. If you choose to hire another company, you are responsible for that company’s compliance with the service requirements.

 

Our official service providers are listed in the Exhibitor Manual. Should you choose to work with a non-official supplier, the exhibitor will be solely responsible for ensuring that all services are delivered and comply with event requirements.
