What does my STAND package include?

YOUR BOOTH PACKAGE INCLUDES (PER 10 LINEAR FEET):

• Carpet with the official colors of the Event. (royal blue in the stand area and red in the corridors)
• Background and side curtains that make up your stand. (blue and white)
• Standard 110V electrical service. (dual outlet)
• A table and two chairs.
• Assistance in hauling and placing machinery on the exhibition floor (does not include cranes)
• Name of your Company with description of products in the exhibitors directory.
• Online exhibitor manual.
• Discounts previously negotiated with official suppliers of the Event in hotel, transportation, interpretation and translators; equipment rental among other services listed in the exhibitor manual.
• Among other benefits in support of advertising that are disclosed in the manual, VIP Tickets, Show Preview, and option to contract sponsorship programs, E-Newsletter etc.
• Small sign on top of the background curtain with the name of the company.
• Participation certificate. EXHIBITORS.

If you are ready to book a space, the process is very simple.

1. Choose an available space on the Interactive Floor Plan. White spaces are available, blue ones are occupied by some company.
