What does my STAND package include?

YOUR BOOTH PACKAGE INCLUDES (PER 10 LINEAR FEET):

• Background curtains (2.50 meters high in blue and white).
• Side curtains (1.00 meter high in blue and white).
• Royal blue carpet in your stand.
• Table with tablecloth (dimensions 1.20 x 0.60 m, H=0.75m).
• Two chairs.
• Trash can.
• Dual 110V AC electrical outlet for every 10×10 space (up to a maximum of 10 dual outlets for stands that apply based on their size).
• Material handling and transport from the loading dock to your contracted space on the exhibition floor. Maximum weight 4 tons.
• Small sign at the top of the background curtain with the name of the company you have indicated in the Exhibitor Manual.
• Online Exhibitor Manual.
• Exhibitor badges: 3 badges at no cost for every 10×10 feet space (up to a maximum of 15 badges for stands that apply based on the rented size).
• Event promotion and advertising.
• Pre-negotiated discounts with official event suppliers for hotels, transportation, hostesses, translators, equipment rental, and other services listed in the Exhibitor Manual.
• Promotional benefits detailed in the manual such as VIP Tickets, Show Preview, and the option to contract sponsorship programs and presence in the E-Newsletter prior to the expo.
• Your company’s name with a product description in the Exhibitor Directory.
• Electronic newsletters for exhibitors with reminders, services, suppliers, and exhibition news, as well as the free programs we will have.
• Participating as an exhibitor gives you the possibility to be part of the Conference Program organized and coordinated by ASHRAE MTY (requires application submission and approval by ASHRAE Monterrey, limited availability).
• As an exhibitor, you will have the possibility to participate for free in the New ProductsTheater (requires application submission and approval by Show Management, limited availability).
• Certificate of participation.
• A professional event management team committed to meeting your needs.
• On-site assistance.

1. Choose an available space on the Interactive Floor Plan. White spaces are available, blue ones are occupied by some company.
