GENERAL INFORMATION
AHR Expo México® 2026 will take place September 29 – October 1, 2026, at Expo Guadalajara, Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico. Show hours will be 2:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. during the three days of the event.
It is available at the following link: EXHIBITOR MANUAL 2026. It includes the information you need to prepare for your participation. If you don’t yet have your access credentials or have lost them, request them from your account manager.

Yes. Expo Guadalajara has covered parking with access from Avenida de las Rosas. Hours are 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., Monday through Sunday, and the maximum clearance height is 6’11”.

MY EXHIBIT SPACE
Your contract includes basic electricity (one double 110V outlet per 100 ft²), forklift handling up to 4 tons, exhibitor badges, inclusion in the Show Directory Listing (if you submit your information by the deadline), and access to the event’s promotional tools.
You can request carpet, back drape, side drapes, a company name sign, and basic furniture (one table, two chairs, and one wastebasket per 100 ft²).
Through the ADDITIONAL AND OPTIONAL BENEFITS FOR YOUR BOOTH form, available in the Exhibitor Manual. Deadline: before July 30, 2026.
Benefits are not provided automatically. If you don’t submit the form by the deadline, you will receive only the contracted space with basic electricity.

BADGES
Three badges are assigned per each 10′ x 10′ space contracted, with a maximum of 15 badges per company, as applicable. Check delivery details in the Exhibitor Manual, under EXHIBITOR BADGES.
SHIPPING & LOGISTICS
See SHIPPING & MATERIAL HANDLING in the Exhibitor Manual. For international shipments, we recommend hiring the official logistics provider.
No. The exhibitor is responsible for scheduling shipment arrivals to coincide with the presence of their staff or an authorized person to receive them.
No. All packages, shipments, freight, samples, or materials intended for booths must be received by the exhibitor or an authorized person.
Neither the Show Management nor Expo Guadalajara will receive or hold deliveries before, during, or after the event under any circumstances.
SETUP AND TEARDOWN

Teardown ends Friday, October 2, 2026, at 8:00 p.m. All exhibitors must vacate the venue before that time.
