We understand that your customers are a priority and for this we’ve created the VIP Invitation Program.
Take advantage of this complimentary program which allows you to invite the people you want to see at the Show by sending them customized invitations.

These invitations will give your customers free entry to the Show and quick badge pick-up in the VIP line.

Your invitations will be marked with a unique code for your company. When visitors register using your code, you will be entered to win great prizes.

  • Pre-registration confirmation will display your company name and logo (please upload this information in the Exhibitor Manual).

  • If you generate more than 50 effective pre-registrations, you will receive an additional contact list of attendees who showed interest in your products or services (delivered after the event).

  • The top 20 exhibitors with the highest number of pre-registrations one month before the event will receive one complimentary scanner for use during the show (minimum 100 pre-registrations required).

  • Your VIP guests will receive a personalized reminder email before the event

To qualify for the awards, exhibitors must generate at least 50 pre-registrations that attend the event.

How to Participate in this Program:

Send a personalized email to your clients, prospects, and suppliers, including a VIP link to the AHR EXPO MÉXICO pre-registration page.

The personalized message should include your company name, booth number, and a unique VIP registration code for the invitees to use.

When your guests pre-register using your unique VIP code, they will be identified by our system, allowing us to track the number of guests your company has successfully invited. This program offers numerous benefits not only for the exhibitor but also for the invited visitor.

Please follow the instructions below to order your VIP Invitations:

  1. Log-in to Exhibitor Manual.
  2. On Marketing & Booth Promotion > Electronic VIP Invitations (EVITES).
  3. Choose the VIP Ticket you like the most.
  4. Add a message, photo, tag line or product description.
  5. Send the invitation to your e-mail so you can forward to your contacts.
