WHAT IS INCLUDED IN MY BOOTH PACKAGE?

Included Booth Services By reserving your exhibit space, you will receive a wide range of services at no additional cost, designed to maximize your participation in AHR EXPO MEXICO® 2026, including:

• Basic electricity: One 110-volt double single-phase outlet per 100 sq. ft. (9.3 m²) (up to 6 outlets).

• Setup assistance: Freight handling and placement of machinery using forklifts up to 4 tons.

• Online Exhibitor Manual: Includes all operational information for the event.

• Printed Exhibitor Directory Inclusion: (Subject to submission of company information by June 30, 2026).

• Exhibitor badges: 3 complimentary badges per 10×10 ft. (3.05 x 3.05 m) space (maximum of 15 badges per company).

• Promotional programs: VIP Tickets, Show Preview, sponsorship opportunities, and features in pre-show e-newsletters.

Additional Optional Benefits (Upon Request) Your booth rental includes the option to receive additional benefits beyond the aforementioned services, provided they are requested in the Exhibitor Manual under the MANDATORY FORMS section, ADDITIONAL AND OPTIONAL BOOTH BENEFITS subsection, BEFORE June 30, 2026.

• Royal blue carpet fitted to your contracted booth dimensions.

  • If the carpet is requested through the Exhibitor Manual and is not used, or if it is covered with another material (a different carpet, laminate, wood, etc.), the Organizing Committee will apply a charge of $1,800.00 MXN plus VAT per 100 sq. ft. (9.3 m²).
    If the exhibitor requests the carpet and later decides not to use it, they must provide written notification no later than September 4, 2026; otherwise, the aforementioned charge will apply.

• Pipe and drape backdrops measuring 8.2 ft. (2.5 m) high, with pipe and drape side rails (blue and white) measuring 3.28 ft. (1 m) high.

• ID sign with booth name and number (the exhibitor must request this by filling out the corresponding form no later than June 30, 2026).

• Basic furniture: One table, two chairs, and one wastebasket per 100 sq. ft. (9.3 m²).

In addition to the aforementioned benefits, we want to highlight the exclusive advantages that our exhibitors gain by being part of our event.

As an added incentive, we want to reward exhibitors who complete the form on time. Through a random drawing, we will assign the locations of our Happy Hour beer stations (complimentary beer for attendees and exhibitors). There will be 12 stations available daily throughout the three-day event (36 stations in total on the show floor). Each station will feature 2 cold kegs, creating a great gathering spot for attendees from 7:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. each day.
Furthermore, on Thursday, October 1st, our closing day, we will host a live mariachi band from 7:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Exhibitors who submit their forms by the deadline will be entered to win a special mariachi visit to their booth to play a live song. Due to the band’s travel time across the floor, we will select 5 booths for these exclusive visits.
