NEW TECHNOLOGIES THEATER

We are pleased to once again present this program that is designed to drive innovation and highlight the most recent advancements in the industry in an interactive and dynamic environment, inviting visitors to attend the presentations and become aware of what is available in the market.

• Due to limited capacity, only one participation request per exhibitor will be accepted.
• Your presentation must be about a new product, service, or technology introduction since the last edition of AHR EXPO MÉXICO.
• Exhibitors must report to the assigned Theater 15 minutes before their presentation. You will have 30 minutes for your talk and 15 minutes for questions and answers.
• We aim to maintain a respectful environment, so we ask that you refrain from mentioning competitors’ products negatively.
• Show Management will provide a screen, projector, sound system, and podium. Exhibitors only need to bring their presentation in digital format, either USB or hard drive.
• All applications will be reviewed and are subject to approval by Show Management. The options you select for the presentation day and time will be considered, but assignments will be made on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Upon submission of your request, you will receive an acknowledgment of receipt. Following the closure of the proposal submission period and the finalization of the schedule, you will receive an email confirming your allocated day and time. This information will also be made available on our website.
• Physical equipment or products that cannot be carried by one person are not allowed in the theaters. You may distribute brochures and souvenirs to attendees during your assigned time. Additionally, if desired, you can have a hostess with your company’s branding to welcome your guests.
• We suggest that, at the end of your presentation, you thank the attendees by giving them a commemorative gift of your participation in the 2025 edition.
• We highly recommend that once you have your assigned day and time, you promote your participation to maximize your success, emphasizing that attendance is free of charge.
• We would appreciate it if you could send us a photograph of the speaker to include in the program schedule.

Exhibitors who attract the highest number of attendees to their presentations will have the opportunity to receive additional benefits for the next edition of AHR EXPO MÉXICO 2027. The top three exhibitors with the most attendees will be able to select the date and time of their presentation in the New Technology Theater for the 2027 edition. Additionally, we will feature your company’s logo and a photograph of the speaker in the final report of our 2026 edition, which is distributed to both exhibitors and visitors. As recognition, awards will be given to the top three winners during the last day of the event.

To participate and showcase your new products or technology, please register through the Exhibitor Manual under the Marketing & Booth Promotion > New Products Theater section. Deadline for submissions: July 31, 2026. Spaces are limited and applications are subject to approval. If your application is approved, you will be notified of your assigned time slot one and a half months before the event, so you can help us promote your presentation among your clients
