Host Exhibitor

This program aims to highlight companies from the state where the AHR EXPO MÉXICO edition will be held. This will allow attendees to easily identify which companies are local, thereby encouraging greater participation from local businesses in promoting the event and contributing to the expo’s success in the city.

We will provide promotional posters for the event, which can be picked up at the AHR EXPO MÉXICO offices. Exhibitors are encouraged to display these posters in their offices and stores. Additionally, we will distribute host company badges in the form of buttons for staff to wear at their stand during the event. These buttons can be collected along with the badges at the Exhibitor Service Desk (in the quantity requested through the manual).

We will have a section in the printed exhibitor directory where we will share the logos of the local exhibitors and their booth numbers.

To participate in this program, please follow these steps:

1. Register in the Exhibitor Manual, under Marketing & Booth Promotion, then Host Exhibitor subsection.
2. Download the Host Exhibitor badge and upload it to your website.
3. Use the Host Exhibitor logo in your email signature and send evidence of steps 2 and 3 to mkt3@ahrexpomexico.com.

Please note that the address provided in the “Show Directory Listing” form within the manual will be used to confirm that the exhibiting company is a host.
