The main goal of this program is to encourage attendees to stay until the end of the expo, provide added value to visitors, and promote participating companies both before and during the event.

Category “A”

Investment in gifts items: Products with a market value exceeding $10,000 pesos.

  • Recognition as sponsor of this program.
  • 200 activation tickets to distribute at your booth, allowing visitors to participate in the giveaway.
  • Your company’s logo will be featured on the banner promoting the activities in the Podcast & Activities area, as well as in the advertising at the expo entrance.
  • Your company’s profile, along with a brief description and image, will be included in all pre-event newsletters, reaching an audience of more than 30,000 subscribers from previous events and the AHR EXPO MÉXICO database, as well as in newsletters distributed over the three days of the expo.
  • Your company’s logo will be included in the sponsor banner in the electronic newsletters sent on the three days of the expo.
  • Verbal acknowledgment of your company during the event activities, prior to awarding the prizes.
  • Your brand will feature prominently in all email communications promoting the giveaway activities.

Category “B”

Investment in gifts: Products with a market value between $5,000 and $9,000 pesos.

  • 100 activation tickets to distribute at your booth for visitors to participate in the program.
  • Your logo will be displayed on the banner promoting the program in the Podcast & Activities area, as well as in advertising at the expo entrance.
  • Your company will be featured with a brief description and image in two pre-event eNewsletter, reaching over 30,000 subscribers from previous events and the AHR EXPO MÉXICO database, as well as in eNewsletter distributed during the three days of the expo.
  • Your company’s logo will be included on the sponsors’ banner in the electronic eNewsletter sent on three days of the expo.
  • Verbal mention of your company during the event activities, prior to awarding the prizes.
  • Your brand will appear in all emails promoting this giveaway activity.
  • Mención de su empresa durante la dinámica en los días del evento antes de otorgar sus premios.
  • Presencia de su marca en todos los correos electrónicos en donde se promocione esta dinámica.

Category “C”

Investment in gifts: Products with a market value below $5,000 pesos

  • 50 activation tickets to distribute at your booth for visitors to participate in the program.
  • Your logo will be displayed on the banner promoting the program in the Podcast & Activities area, as well as in advertising at the expo entrance.
  • Your company will be featured with a brief description and image in one pre-event newsletter, reaching over 30,000 subscribers from previous events and the AHR EXPO MÉXICO database, as well as in eNewsletter distributed during the three days of the expo.
  • Your company’s logo will be included on the sponsors’ banner in the electronic newsletters throughout the three days of the expo.
  • Verbal mention of your company during the event activities, prior to awarding the prizes.
  • Your brand will appear in all emails promoting this activity.

How to Participate?

You only need to complete the registration form available in the Exhibitor Manual and select the types of gifts you wish to offer. Our team will manage the logistics and ensure that your gifts are efficiently distributed to winning visitors during the activities.

Important Note:
To ensure the inclusion of your company’s logo and description in the eNewsletters and the printed banner of the Podcast & Activities area, the participation request must be submitted no later than August 12, the date on which the first eNewsletter will be sent.

Companies that register after this date may still participate in the program and will receive their tickets and mentions during the corresponding activities. However, their logo will only be included in the general sponsor banner within the eNewsletters, and the publication of their description or inclusion in the printed banner is not guaranteed.
